I let my heels dangle and fall. You listen to my conversation as I wiggle my toes in front of your face. I'm on a call with another female CEO. Our companies are launching a joint product. I glance pointedly at you several times during the conversation. My counterpart brings up microcontractors and my ears prick up. My glances towards you become more frequent. You don't like where this is going.

By the end of my phone call I am really questioning your value to the company . . .
